From the Master in Culinary Arts to a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Barcelona
Aishwarya Mahesh studied the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management in the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary arts of Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL), Barcelona. She did her internship in the Hotel Arts Barcelona, specifically in the 2 Michelin star restaurant ENOTECA by chef Paco Perez.
