Sang-Hoon Lee studied de Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management at EUHT StPOL, Barcelona, in 2018-2019. He did his internship in the two Michelin star restaurant Moment, lead by the chef Carme Ruscalleda in the Hotel Mandarin Oriental Barcelona.
