This project has been in existence since the beginning of the MSc in International Hospitality Management program launch in 2014, but the content, form, and format are constantly evolving. This year, 16 teams have created their concept stores from scratch, encompassing the search for sponsors, crafting an atmosphere, designing a menu, and creating a decoration. This group project is a cornerstone of the program, providing students with a glimpse into their post-graduate life.
