As many of us celebrate a long-awaited return to campus, we are also reminded of the enormous challenges that surround us. Many have heard President Wooten discuss the concept of everyday leadership – the idea that each of us can utilize our unique strengths to be a leader in our everyday lives, to make an impact, and to help our communities thrive. The Simmons community is a group of committed and passionate learners, scholars, activists, and leaders. If we can continue to be kind, adaptable, and give each other the grace to navigate challenges, we are confident we will continue to thrive together.
